Returns & Refunds
Our Returns & Refunds lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days has passed since the date of delivery unfortunately you cannot return any items or receive a refund.
To be eligible for a refund all item(s) must be unused, unwashed, unworn and in the same condition you received our product(s) in.
The costumer is responsible for covering return postage costs. We highly recommend you check out our size guides prior to your purchase and measure your pooch before placing your order.
If you have bought an item in our sale this will be non refundable/returnable.
All size guides will be found in our product description section and in our menu under Size Guide.
HOW TO RETURN
Please send us an email to: blossomdogspa@gmail.com this must be within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will get back to you within 2-3 working days with how to start a return.
Items returned MUST BE UNWORN AND SHOW NO SIGNS OF USE or they will be rejected and a refund will not be issued.
We recommend that when you return your order you use a trackable shipping service and keep your tracking number and proof of postage with you. If we don’t receive your returned item(s) we DO NOT accept any responsibility for this.
RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
Once we have received your returned item(s) at Blossom HQ, we will inspect all items and send you an email to notify you that your refund has been processed. If the item is not eligible for a refund you will be notified that your return has been rejected.
